Hello,
My air conditioner was cleaned and serviced today by Quin[n], and I just wanted to say that I was very pleased with the service he performed. Quin[n] was very thorough, competent and personable. The [a]ir conditioner did not function at first and he efficiently determined the problem, replaced the necessary part, performed the cleaning and when it appeared the conditioner was still not functioning to his expectations, he took other steps to ensure that the performance of the air conditioner was fully up to par before leaving. I consider that excellent service, and commend him and your firm for that.
